I have forgotten my account password. How can I fix this?

By following the 4 steps below, you can quickly create a new password.

1) Click on 'forgot your password?' on the login screen of your personal account (see the example above).
2) On the following screen, enter your e-mail address and then click on 'Reset my password'
3) Within a few minutes you will receive an email from us in which you can set a new password. Didn't receive an email? Please remember to also check your junk/spam folder.
4) In the e-mail you have received to set a new password. you will see a link. Please click on the link to create a new password. Always choose a strong password!
