The IK value indicates the degree of impact resistance for a light. It shows to what extent a light is resistant to mechanical shocks. IK values are displayed on a scale from 0 to 10. Where the number 0 stands for little resistance to shock and the number 10 for a lot of resistance to shock.

LED lights with a high IK value are LED high-bays, Waterproof LED lights and LED floodlights.
